KARAOKEDJ.COM, A CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SERVICE, IS PROVIDED TO YOU OR THE ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT (hereinafter "You" or "Your") BY KARAOKEDJ.COM, ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (hereinafter "Terms") IN ADDITION TO KARAOKEDJ.COM'S. USE OF KARAOKEDJ.COM IN ANY MANNER SIGNIFIES YOUR IMPLICIT ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, DO NOT PROCEED OR USE KARAOKEDJ.COM IN ANY MANNER.
KARAOKEDJ.COM is a part of KARAOKEDJ's suite of online software applications, whether made publicly available via web browser or app. Utilization of the KARAOKEDJ.COM platform & service is possible by accessing an approved active member account on our system and shall be used only for the purpose it was intended. This also requires that accounts are in good standing, and do not use any reserved words for Custom URL during the signup process (ie: words like "system", "guest", "admin", "user" or any terms resembling something drastically different than your Company Name or tries to mimic our company) that may be deemed unacceptable and we will reserve the right to select something appropriate for your business. Also a single-user account account may be used by one DJ host only. If you are using our platform with multiple DJs, you are required to purchase a multi-user license, contact us by Email at inbox@karaokedj.com for further instructions.
By completing any part of the signup process you implicitly & exclusively authorize KARAOKEDJ.COM to: (a) collect your personal information; (b) use this information for any purpose--which is not to be resold; and (3) authorize KARAOKEDJ.COM to process any and all preliminary account setup fees and/or monthly usage fees with the billing or payment information provided to KARAOKEDJ.COM.
Many Third Party Applications (hereinafter "TPA(s)") are integrated with KARAOKEDJ.COM. You may also integrate any TPA supported by KARAOKEDJ.COM by using the provided API by using the API interface provided only. Access and use of TPAs may require additional terms of service and privacy policies, applicable to such TPAs. You are responsible for reading, understanding & accepting any and all terms before accessing or using any TPA feature or API.
You will be the default administrator of the KARAOKEDJ.COM account created by you. An administrator of a KARAOKEDJ.COM account may designate any number of users as administrators for such KARAOKEDJ.COM account or revoke the administrator privileges of any user. There must always be a Primary Account Holder for a KARAOKEDJ.COM account who will also be an administrator and the party solely responsible for the KARAOKEDJ.COM account. An administrator may designate any other administrator in the system but in no way abdicates his Primary Account Holder position nor his accountability to ensure that all use of KARAOKEDJ.COM is in accord with the Terms. Communications in connection with any KARAOKEDJ.COM account will be sent to the Primary Account Holder.
KARAOKEDJ.COM may prescribe usage limits based on the subscription plan chosen by You. You must make sure that Your usage is within the usage limits prescribed by KARAOKEDJ.COM in order to avail uninterrupted service. You understand that KARAOKEDJ.COM has the right restrict any or all account activity if You reach the usage limit corresponding to your account or your account is in arrears.
Integration of KARAOKEDJ.COM with Third Party Applications using APIs provided by KARAOKEDJ.COM requires technical skill. You understand that errors or defects in the integration may cause loss and corruption of data. Although we are extremely devoted to performance of our services and all TPA integrations at all times, You agree that KARAOKEDJ.COM is not liable for any loss or corruption of data caused due to errors or defects in any API integration or internal malfunction of any sort.
You must not try to access any functionality that is not exposed in the documentation for the API. You understand and agree that KARAOKEDJ.COM will not be liable for the consequences of accessing or using any unexposed functionality of the API.
KARAOKEDJ.COM, in its discretion, may cease providing the current version of the API either as a result of discontinuation of the API or upgradation of the API to a newer version. In both cases, the current version of the API will stand deprecated and become the deprecated version of the API (hereinafter "Deprecated Version"). When KARAOKEDJ.COM decides to deprecate the current version of the API, You may be informed about such deprecation through a service announcement. For a period following announcement of deprecation (hereinafter the "Deprecation Period"), KARAOKEDJ.COM will use commercially reasonable efforts to support the Deprecated Version. You understand that KARAOKEDJ.COM is not obliged to provide the features of the newer version in the Deprecated Version.
KARAOKEDJ.COM in its discretion may cease supporting the Deprecated Version during the Deprecation Period if i) KARAOKEDJ.COM is required to do so by law or ii) You have breached any provision of these Terms or iii) KARAOKEDJ.COM determines that supporting the API is likely to result in a security risk to KARAOKEDJ.COM.
KARAOKEDJ.COM OR the TPA may prescribe API usage limits, including limits on the number of calls, number of records per call, bandwidth usage and frequency of calls. You are required to adhere to the usage limits prescribed by KARAOKEDJ.COM in order to avail uninterrupted service. You understand that KARAOKEDJ.COM may restrict an activity if You reach the usage limit corresponding to such activity and that an API call may either fail or be partially executed if the usage limits are reached before or during an API call.
KARAOKEDJ.COM strives to maintain 100% usage uptime while providing secure storage of all confidential account information over a secure connection. However, due to various circumstances, including unforeseen events, brief outages or service interruptions may occur. KARAOKEDJ.COM is dedicated to taking every precaution to preserve system uptime & data integrity. While KARAOKEDJ.COM will always uphold its responsibility to provide a secure & usable product, KARAOKEDJ.COM is not responsible for downtime occurring for any cause whatsoever. In addition, in the event that scheduled maintenance is to be performed that will affect account accessibility, notifications will most often accompany these scheduled upgrades, at the discretion of system administrators depending on the nature of the upgrade.
As the creation of customer accounts is a custom process and contains numerous components both on our system & other APIs we integrate with, KARAOKEDJ.COM reserves the right to deliver functional, customized User Accounts to paid customers within a period of 48-hours. If a payment is declined during the signup process & reasonalbe efforts are not made to resolve any issues with payment, KARAOKEDJ.COM is not obligated to any individual who may demonstrate intent to sign up & register an account on KARAOKEDJ.COM
There are no refunds provided for charges processed by or fees paid to KARAOKEDJ.COM whatsoever. Any account access that has been paid for but is not utilized is non-refundable & the account shall expire at the end of the term for which account access has been paid for.
KARAOKEDJ.COM reserves the right to modify KARAOKEDJ.COM Terms of Use. Revisions to the Terms of Use are effective as they are published and notification may or may not be provided for each revision.
